My name is Pat Fairbairn. I live in Las Vegas and Kingman. I was buying some canning jars at the store in Las Vegas this weekend and a Master food processor identified herself to me. I did some research and came up with your website and email. In Arizona I am working with a grower. We are cleaning out the fields for the next planting. We have a considerable quantity of beets and carrots. I was wondering if your group would be interested in purchasing some of these. We have been selling to small markets in Las Vegas and Mohave Valley. We are not certified organic because we have not applied and paid for the certs. We may this next year as we are expanding from 6 acres to 21 acres.
